영작문에서 여러 번 반복되게 단어를 사용하는 것은 낮은 점수를 받는 당연한 결과를 초래한다.

기본적으로 영어라는 언어는 반복을 싫어하므로 영작 중 한번 사용한 단어는 되도록이면 다시 사용하지 않도록 해야 한다.

이러한 오류를 피할 수 있는 가장 좋은 방법이 동의어나 유사어(예:take care of=look after)를 사용해 반복을 피하는 것이다.

그래서 필요한 것이 어휘력이며 동의어나 유사어 사전을 활용해 평소 영작문을 연습하는 습관을 키우는 것이 좋다.

반복을 피하는 것은 한 문장에서뿐만이 아니라 전체 문단 내에서도 반드시 고려해야만 한다.

예를 들어 문맥의 흐름에서 '결과'를 나타낼 경우에는 문단의 서두에 So/Also 등과 같은 접속 부사를 사용한다.

그런데 같은 문단에서 또다시 결과의 접속 부사를 쓸 경우가 생기는데 같은 부사를 반복해 사용하는 것은 바람직하지 않다.

이러한 경우에는 Therefore，Accordingly，Consequently와 같은 유사한 표현을 사용하는 것이 좋다.

다른 방법으로는 대명사를 사용해 반복을 피하거나 대동사를 사용해 반복을 피하는 방법들이 있다.

I disagree with the statement that businesses should do anything they can to make a profit.

When businesses are only interested in making money，they tend to be morally wrong.

For example，they lie to their customers and sometimes endanger people.

Investment businesses，if they only pursue making money，could lead the customers to believe that their investment is low risk and high benefit，and take money from the customers.

But，in reality，such businesses might take money from the customers and invest in high － risk funds.

Deceiving the customers in itself is terrible，and even more，if the investment businesses fail to make a profit，the customers will lose money.

Another reason why I disagree with companies making profits at any cost is because when a company is so determined to make money，it may overlook certain safety regulations.

It may have its employees work overtime，for instance，in order to get more products into the marketplace faster.

These overworked employees get exhausted on the job and that makes it difficult to focus on their work.

They may，therefore，produce poor quality products that can cause safety hazards.

Poorly made tires are an example of such a product.

If overworked employees at a tire manufacturing plant make faulty tires，those tires can cause automobile accidents.

So，people's lives might actually be lost because a company wanted to make a fast profit.

In conclusion，people have the right to know the truth about a service or a product and they have a right to buy safe products.

Companies should not do things like dishonest behaviors or even more seriously，risking people's lives，in order to make a profit.

이익을 창출하기 위해 기업은 무엇이든지 해야 한다는 문장에 대해 동의하지 않는다.

기업들이 오직 돈을 버는 것에만 흥미를 가진다면 부도덕적인 경향을 가지게 된다.

예를 들어, 그러한 기업들은 소비자를 속이고 때로는 사람들을 위험에 처하게 하기도 한다.

기업이 오직 돈 버는 것만 추구한다면 소비자들은 자신들이 투자한 돈이 낮은 위험성에 높은 수익을 가져올 것이라고 믿게 만들며 소비자들로부터 투자금액을 거두어 들인다.

그러나 현실에서는 기업들은 소비자들로부터 돈을 받을지 모르지만 높은 위험성을 가진 펀드에 투자하게 된다.

그 자체로 소비자들을 기만하는 것은 최악이며，더욱이 만약 기업의 투자가 이익을 만드는 데 실패한다면 소비자들은 돈을 잃게 될 것이다.

무슨 수단을 써서라도 회사들이 이익을 창출해야 한다는 것에 동의하지 않은 다른 이유는，어떤 회사가 돈을 버는 것에만 너무 집착할 때 중요한 안전규정들을 간과할 수 있기 때문이다.

그러한 회사는 예로 더 빠른 시간 내에 더 많은 물건을 시장에 내놓기 위해 직원들에게 시간외 근무를 시킨다.

그런 시간외 근무를 하는 직원들은 일에 지치게 되고 자신의 업무에 집중하는 것을 어렵게 만든다.

그로 인해，직원들은 낮은 품질의 제품들을 생산하게 되고 안전에 문제가 되는 원인을 제공할 수 있다.

낮은 품질로 만들어진 타이어를 예로 들 수 있다.

만약 타이어 생산공장에서 시간외 근무를 하는 직원들이 불량 타이어를 만든다면 그러한 타이어는 자동차 사고의 원인이 될 수 있다.

그래서 회사가 더 빠른 이익 창출을 원했기 때문에 실제적으로 사람들의 생명을 잃어 버릴 수 있는 것이다.

결론적으로，사람들은 서비스 혹은 제품에 관해 사실을 알 권리가 있으며 또한 안전한 제품을 구입할 권리를 가지고 있다.

기업들은 이익을 창출하기 위해 부정직한 행동 혹은 사람들의 생명을 위험하게 하는 심각한 것들은 하지 말아야 한다.
